Jim Camp, best-selling author of negotiation books Start with No® and No: The Only System Of Negotiation You Need For Work and Home, is chairman of Camp Negotiation Systems®, founder, CEO, and president of Coach2100®, Inc. negotiation training system, and inventor of the Camp System of Negotiation®. Since 1987, over 100,000 people have used his negotiation training and management system in more than 500 multinational organizations in a diverse array of industries to complete thousands of negotiated business transactions totaling over $100 billion.

Camp and his negotiation training have been featured on CNN, CNBC, numerous radio shows, and in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Inc., Cosmopolitan, San Francisco Chronicle, The Columbus Dispatch, The Christian Science Monitor, and San Jose Mercury News. Richard A. Glenn, Chief Technology Officer

Dick Glenn, CTO, The Jim Camp Group Using his nearly 40 years of advanced technology experience in banking, military and space, finance, and the information industries, Richard Glenn designed, implemented, and currently manages The Jim Camp Group's global online negotiation training and management system. During his career, Dick has mastered systems engineering methodologies in capacity and performance management, conducted research and development of systems architectures, methodologies and technology of large-scale transaction-processing systems, and participated in "bleeding-edge" projects for the likes of Bell Labs, Rockwell, McKesson, Motorola, MCI and Rollins Protective services.

Howard Maslich, Affiliated Coach

Howard Maslich became an affiliated negotiation coach with The Jim Camp Group in 2005 and provides negotiation training and coaching of The Jim Camp Group System of negotiation training for clients throughout the Eastern and Northeastern Section of the United States. He founded Specialized Training Services in 1976. For more than 30 years he has helped sales teams achieve amazing results with 100% to 1000% sales growth not uncommon. Prior to founding Specialized Training, Howard spent seven years as a professor of psychology. He is married with two children and lives in Rochester, New York. Chris Voss, Affiliated Coach

Chris Voss, retired Lead International Kidnapping Negotiator for the FBI, stands today as a man recognized world wide as a who's who in the global battle against kidnapping and hostage taking. In 24 years at the FBI, Chris worked more than 150 kidnappings worldwide, from the Middle East to Haiti to the Philippines, including the Washington D.C. Sniper case, the Chase Manhattan Bank Robbery Hostage Crisis in Brooklyn, New York and most recently the Gonsalves-Howes-Stansell kidnapping in Columbia and rescue in July 2008. Chris is the recipient of the Attorney General's Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement and the FBI Agents Association Award for Distinguished and Exemplary Service.
